PRIVACY

Controller and data processed

Controller: Carles Tarrés. Privacy contact: hola@yabai.wtf.

If you email YABAI, the information you choose to include will be processed, normally your name, email address, company and project details. The website form prepares an email on your device and does not store the message in a YABAI database.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to reply to requests, prepare proposals and manage a potential professional relationship. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, where appropriate, the legitimate interest in answering professional communications.

Recurring marketing messages will not be sent without specific permission.

Retention and providers

Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to answer them and meet legal obligations. If no professional relationship begins, they are removed when no longer useful.

Hosting and technical analytics are provided by Vercel. The email provider used to reply may also process data under its own contractual and security safeguards.

Analytics, cookies and preferences

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated usage statistics without third-party advertising cookies. The language selector uses a first-party preference cookie named yabai_locale, for a maximum of one year.

No behavioural advertising cookies are used. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by emailing hola@yabai.wtf. You can also contact the competent data-protection authority.
